In September of 2006, Darkfiend and Coyote (Dave Heidmann RIP 16/07/2007) set out on a journey to progress African Metal. For a while Darkfiend carried the load alone, but is now very happy to be only one part of a greater team. His role in the team is to continue piloting the project into new territories, but with new partners in crime - the sky is the limit!

  • M4A 2010 Promo Tour – Johannesburg & Durban

    Since 2007, metal4africa.com have been hosting Cape Town’s sickest metal shows, and doing incredible things to bring the Cape Town community together in pursuing a single goal: a focus on “globalising” African Metal. We are now doing this promo tour to invite all and sundry into the M4A family, to ‘meet and greet’ members of the community we wish to serve.

  • MotherFUDD, The Gathering 2010

    Once upon a time in the Northern Lands of our nation beyond the great Vaal River, there was begun a tradition by the People of The Raised Horns. The tradition called for an annual gathering of all who shared allegeance with the ways of The Raised Horns, and that great festivities would ensue, including music, drink, and the binding of lasting friendships.

    It did not take long before news of The Gathering spread across the entire nation, and even to lands beyond. People from afar began to make a pilgrimage into the Land beyond the Vaal, and thus, the legend of MotherFUDD “The Gathering” was born.
