Join us for another round of Cape Town's biggest celebration of all-African and all-Metal live entertainment. We will showcase 7 live bands, 2 entertainment areas, a Metal Market and offer you a solid dose of headbanging bliss.

Live Music
M4A will showcase 7 potent bands from Cape Town and further afield, including (as always) several sub-genres, as well as a spread between new and legacy acts. We'll always work hard to get a balanced variety, but what we don't get now, we'll get next time!
Other Entertainment
Since we view our shows as 'festivals' rather than only concerts, we offer a second entertainment area featuring DJs. Whilst our live bands are African-only, the DJs will play anything from anywhere, just so long as it remains bonecrushingly awesome and keeps headbangers happy all night long!
Metal Market
To enhance the festivities, M4A invites several crafters and traders to exhibit and sell their goods. Ranging from hand-crafted jewellery, clothing and accessories, through to imported paraphernalia, there is a collection of goods gathered at M4A that are not easily found elsewhere.

We're all about Friendship and Metal. Even though a moshpit can be a risky place, bad vibes at M4A are scarce. We'd prefer to keep it that way! Help us by reporting to security or our other staff on duty if anybody is deliberately upsetting your place in Heavy Metal Paradise.
About The Venue
12 Viben Avenue is a dedicated function venue located within 2km of the N1 National Highway in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
However, this is an industrial area. See to it that activities such as cash withdrawals or shopping for party supplies are done in areas closer to your home and more familiar to you.
